To use userdata, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

2. Your Data

You retain full ownership of any data you import into userdata. We do not claim any rights to your personal information. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You can export or delete your data at any time through your dashboard. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from our systems.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload malicious files, malware, or content designed to compromise our systems.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload data that you do not have the right to possess or process.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep userdata available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

5. Third-Party Data Sources

userdata allows you to import data exported from third-party services (such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, and TikTok). We are not affiliated with these companies and are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the data they provide in their exports. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

6. Breach Monitoring

Our privacy scan feature checks your email address against the Have I Been Pwned database. This is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of breach data and cannot be held liable for damages resulting from undisclosed breaches.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, userdata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms our platform or other users. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
